- upstairs they make noise non stop all weekend and have excercise machines and 3 kids and drop things all night and all morning and wake me up
- we inherited a dog during the pandemic

- spent 1500 last summer on the property

- the constructor was a disaster, left huge equipment on our furniture and tables
